Our Role
Cura Nidus acts solely as an introducer — families hire their nannies directly, giving you complete control and flexibility.
We take care of the search, screening, and introductions so you can focus on finding the right person for your home.
Our service includes:
– A personal consultation to understand your family’s needs
– Advertising and candidate search
– Vetting, shortlisting, and coordination of introductions
Finder’s Fee
We charge a one-off 10% introduction fee based on your nanny’s annual salary.
This covers the full search, vetting, and introduction process — with no hidden costs.
Example: If your nanny’s salary is £30,000 per year, the finder’s fee would be £3,000.
The one-time payment is made once your chosen nanny accepts your offer of employment.
Our Replacement Guarantee
We understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, things don’t work out.
If your nanny leaves within four weeks of starting, we’ll provide a replacement at 50% of the original finder’s fee — ensuring peace of mind while your family settles again.
